REVENUE SITES OR SITES IN AGRICULTURE LANDS- WHAT IS A REVENUE SITE ?

REVENUE SITE IS AN ILLEGAL CREATION.


SITES OR PLOTS ARE FORMED OR BIFURCATED IN AGRICULTURE LANDS AND SOLD. IT IS CALLED REVENUE SITES. SUCH A CREATION IS IN UNLAWFUL.
REVENUE SITES ARE FORMED IN AGRICULTURE LANDS AND OBTAIN FORM NO.9 AND FORM NO.10 ARE SOLD TO THE BUYERS. 
AGRICULTURE LAND CANNOT BE BIFURCATED AND SOLD AS PLOTS OR SITES WITHOUT PROPER APPROVAL FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY OF THE STATE. IT IS THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, WHO IS THE AUTHORITY TO SANCTION OR APPROVE SUCH CHANGE OF LAND USE.
THE ORIGINAL TITLES WILL REMAIN WITH THE ORIGINAL LANDLORD, IN CASE OF ACQUISITION, THE REWARD OR COMPENSATION IS PAID TO THE LAND LORD AND NOT TO THESE ILLEGAL AND UNLAWFUL (REGISTERED WITH KANESHMARI OR GRAMATANA NUMBERS). OWNERS.
PANCHAYATS HAVE POWER TO SANCTION BUILDING PLANS WITHIN THE GRAMATANA TERRITORY AND NOT BEYOND ITS JURISDICTION.
