SPECIAL COURTS TO TRY ENCROACHMENT AND LAND GRABBING IN BANGALORE

The Legislature Committee Chairman Sri.Koliwad has stated that he would recommend setting up of a Special Court to Try Encroachment and will intimate his findings on the lake encroachments soon to the Chief Minister.

The Floods, over flowing of channels and raja kaluve is not because of abnormal rains.  It was raining millions of years and some years, it is deficient and in some years it is abnormal.  We cannot control it.  The Nature has its own laws and remedies.  But, the humans, with greediness has started constructing buildings in all the low lying and inhospitable areas and blocking the normal water flow.

The courts, the legislature, the laws, BBMP, BDA and all other civic agencies have NO CONTROL over the Nature.  In such a situation, is it not better to LIVE ON THE NATURE`S LAW.
