125 OBSOLETE LAWS REPEALED IN 2015

About 120 obsolete laws have been repealed by the Narendra Modi government, while another 945 which have lost relevance are awaiting Parliamentary approval to lose their place in statute books.

This is the first time since 2001 that such an exercise is being undertaken by the Law Ministry in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's agenda to do away with "archaic" laws which were "hindering efficient governance".

These bills are part of a periodical measure by which enactments that have ceased to be in force or have become obsolete or the retention as separate Act is unnecessary are repealed, the Law Ministry had said in one of the Cabinet proposals to repeal archaic laws.

Between 1950 and 2001, over 100 Acts were repealed. A bill to repeal 758 Appropriation Acts, including Railways (Appropriation) Acts, which have lost relevance and are clogging the statute books was introduced in Lok Sabha recently.

THE UNDERGROUND WATER TABLE IS ALSO HIGHLY CONTAMINATED AND THE SAME IS PUMPED BY THE APARTMENTS AND LAYOUTS, BEING SUPPLIED TO THE RESIDENTS WITHOUT PROPER TREATMENT, RESULTING IN DIGESTIVE DISORDER AND REGULAR HEALTH DISORDERS.

DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF ADVERTISEMENTS, MARKETING TACTICS, FREE SERVICES, FREE GIFTS, PRE LAUNCH (TOPIWALA) PROJECTS AND THERE IS NO `FREE LUNCH` ANYWHERE.  ALL THEIR CLAIMS AND OFFERS ARE BOGUS.  THE FREE LUNCH IS GIVEN ONLY OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND ALL THE DISCOUNTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ADDED IN THEIR PRICE OR TARIFF.

NOBODY CAN GIVE ANYTHING FREE? WHERE DO THEY GET SO MUCH TO OFFER FREE OR GIFTS OR BENEFITS OR OFFERS TO THE BUYERS?  IT IS ALL SUCKED FROM YOUR PURSE OR THE BUYERS WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE LATER.

DEMOLITION DRIVE WILL CONTINUE AND THE ENCROACHMENTS WILL BE REMOVED -GOVERNMENT

The State government on Friday released the list of people and institutions who have allegedly encroached on its land as well as tank beds in and around Bengaluru

It has given the list of only 56 encroachments on 1,547 acres, which have been cleared by the government from August 12, 2014 to April 16, 2015, Leaving behind very powerful political personalities like H.T.Sangliana and Marimuthu.

 The government further intimated that demolition of commercial structures in layouts that have come up illegally on lake beds will continue and  a special cell would be set up to help the affected residents. 
The affected persons would be asked to provide information as to whom they purchased the sites/properties from.

BUT, THE BUYERS WANT FAST CLEARANCE, EASY CLEARANCE WITHOUT EXPENDITURE.  THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.

HENCE, TITLE SUITS, OS, WP, IRREGULARITIES, DISCREPANCIES, DEFECTS IN THE PROPERTY TITLES OR LICENCES OR APPROVALS, WHEN FOUND OUT, THE BUYERS MUST IMMEDIATELY ACT AND THE SELLERS MUST BE BROUGHT TO BOOK.

IT IS A COMMON STATEMENT MADE BY THE VIOLATORS-DEVIATORS-LAND MAFIA-CRIMINALS-CHEATS- THAT THE ENTIRE BANGALORE BUILDINGS HAVE VIOLATION AND DEVIATION AND THE SELLER IS VERY POWERFUL AND CAN DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF THE BUYER.

THIS SELLER ABSCONDS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SALES, THE BUYER IS FORCED TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE MISDEEDS OF THE SELLER.

HOW SAFE IS CARLTON TOWER - OFF - OLD AIRPORT ROAD ????????????

The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP)  has deemed The Carlton Tower, which is situated off old Airport Road, is  unfit for occupation as it is riddled with encroachments and illegal structures in its common area, unless Carlton Towers Owners' Association (CTOA) obtains a 'no objection certificate' from BBMP, Bescom and the fire and emergency services departments.


In an order issued to CTOA on April 24 the BBMP's Joint Director Town Planning observed the ground floor area has encroachments violating the sanctioned plan issued in September 1999.
