THE AMENDMENTS MADE BY THE GOVERNMENT IN REPRESENTATION OF PEOPLE ACT PERMITTING THOSE UNDER ARREST, POLICE CUSTODY AND IN JAILS CAN CONTEST ELECTIONS HAS DEMOLISHED THE DEMOCRATIC SET UP THE NATION.

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA HAS `VETOED` THE GOVERNMENTS AMENDMENT.

IT IS A BLOW TO THE DEMOCRATIC SET UP AND FOR THE NATION.

Chintamani Nagesa Ramachandra Rao, also known as C.N.R. Rao is a research scholar who has worked mainly in solid-state and structural chemistry. He currently serves as the Head of the Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India. Dr. Rao has Honorary Doctorates from 60 Universities worldwide. He has authored around 1,500 research papers and 45 scientific books.On 16th November 2013, The Government of India decided to confer upon him Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian award in India making him the third Scientist after C.V.Raman and A P J Abdul Kalam to get the award.

The Government has decided to confer, the Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian award on eminent scientist Prof C.N.R.Rao and cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar.

Prof. C.N.R. Rao is an eminent scientist and a well recognized international authority on solid state and materials chemistry. He has published over 1,400 research papers and 45 books. Prof. Rao`s contributions have been recognized by most major scientific academies around the world through conferment of memberships and fellowships. He has been honoured with several national and international awards.

Shri Sachin Tendulkar is undoubtedly an outstanding cricketer - a living legend who has inspired millions across the globe. During the last 24 years, since the young age of 16 years, Shri Tendulkar has played cricket across the world and won laurels for our country. He has been a true ambassador of India in the world of sports. His achievements in cricket are unparalleled, the records set by him unmatched, and the spirit of sportsmanship displayed by him exemplary. National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement presented to 23 children today

The  National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement are presented  to 23 children on Children’s Day during the opening ceremony of Vatsalya Mela to the children between the age group 4-15 years for their exceptional achievements in various fields including academics, art, culture and sports etc. The awards were initiated in 1996. They include a Gold Medal with cash prize of Rs. 20, 000 and a citation, and 21 Silver Medals with cash prize Rs.10, 000 and citations.  The Gold Medal was presented to Master Harshal Shahi from Delhi for his exceptional achievement in the field of chess.  Out of 21 Silver Medal winners, 10 are girls. THIS QUESTION LINGERS ON AND ON IN THE MINDS OF EVERY PROPERTY OWNER OF ILLEGAL, UNAUTHORISED, IRREGULAR AND STRUCTURES WITH DEVIATION AND VIOLATION ?

THE LAW ABIDING CITIZEN AND THE HONEST TAX PAYERS ARE CHEATED AND TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY THESE ILLEGALITIES, BECAUSE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY PAID AS TAX IS SPENT ON PROVIDING INFRASTRUCTURE TO THESE ILLEGAL LAYOUTS.

THE TAXES PAID BY THE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS ARE SPENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND THE MANAGEMENT OF ROAD, STREET LIGHTING, WATER SUPPLY, SEWAGE TREATMENT AND SECURITY.

THE BETTERMENT/IMPROVEMENT/DEVELOPMENT CHARGES PAID BY THESE ILLEGAL BUILDING OWNERS, UNAUTHORISED SITE OWNERS IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO MEET 10% TO 20% OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE EXPENSES, LEAVE ALONE THE MAINTENANCE AND THE MANAGEMENT.

EVERYONE CLAIMS TO BE POOR AND HARD WORKING MIDDLE CLASS, WANTS TO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE FACILITIES AT THE COST OF HONEST LAW ABIDING AND TAX PAYING CITIZENS. (OC-OTHERS COST)

 IT IS BECAUSE THEY CLAIM TO BE POOR OR ARE POOR, THEY CAN DO ALL ILLEGALITIES, GET AWAY FROM ALL THE VIOLATIONS AND THAT MUST BE REGULARISED AT THE COST OF THE POOR TAX PAYING AND LAW ABIDING CITIZENS.

IT APPEARS THAT THE CABINET HAS TAKEN A DECISION TO PERMIT/ALLOW `B` FORM PROPERTIES TO BE REGISTERED TO GENERATE REVENUE AND HAS REPLIED TO THE OBJECTIONS RAISED BY THE GOVERNOR FOR THE REGULARISATION OF UNAUTHORISED LAYOUTS.

THE PICTURE IS STILL VERY HAZY AND NOT CLEAR.

THIS AMENDMENT MAY ALSO `BECOME` A `SUBJECT` TO THE JUDICIARY`S `DELIBERATION`.

CAMPA COLA APARTMENT DEMOLITION AFTER 7 MONTHS - SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA HAS TAKEN A SUO MOTO PLAINT AND STAYED THE DEMOLITION OF THE ILL FATED CAMPA COLA ILLEGAL APARTMENTS AND HAS GIVEN 7 MONTHS TIME TO THE RESIDENTS TO VACATE, BUT THE ORIGINAL ORDER `REMAINS`.
