Thinking of buying a plot or an apartment near Turahalli Minor Forest ?

It is learnt that KSPCB ( the regulator of pollution) has permitted waste processing unit near or close or at  B.M. Kaval Reserve Forest and Turahalli Minor Forest and the last of the wooded area of Bangalore will be stinking soon and littered with Bangalore`s Garbage.
Thanks to the BBMP and the Pollution Board for their great contribution to the Banashankari V and VI Stages and numerous notorious builders, who are selling their apartments in that area displaying the Thurahally mini forest as background.
The residents of Banashankari 6 Stage, 5 Block have even approached the National Green Tribunal. Their plea is likely to come up for hearing later this month.
BBMP Commissioner M. Lakshminarayan defended the project. “We are setting up the unit on a civic amenity site in the BDA Layout; it is not a landfill. Only wet waste will be composted here in a closed environment,” he said and added that residents’ fear of pollution is unfounded.
BBMP ALONG WITH POLLUTION B GETS BRILLIANT IDEAS TO SPOIL THE CITY WITH ITS GARBAGE IDES AND STINKING PROJECTS!!!!
