SALE OF PROPERTIES THROUGH GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY IS INVALID

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA HAS OBSERVED THAT ALL THE FUTURE TRANSACTIONS IN PROPERTY MUST BE ONLY THROUGH REGISTERED SALE DEED ONLY.  THE SALE TRANSACTION THROUGH GPA IS INVALID FROM 10-10-2011.  
BUYERS ARE WARNED NOT TO BUY A PROPERTY FROM GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY HOLDERS.
