THE GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA IS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING OF INITIATING ACTION TO REMOVE THE ENCROACHMENTS AND INITIATE BOTH CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE OFFENDERS, BASED ON THE AT RAMASWAMY COMMITTEE REPORT AND SPECIAL TASK FORCE REPORT.

THE PROPERTIES WITH B FORM REGISTRATION WILL IN MANY CASES FACE MUSIC AND MAJORITY OF THE PROPERTIES UNDER THIS CATEGORY CANNOT BE REGULARIZED AT ALL. 

THE VIOLATIONS AND DEVIATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTISTORY RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS ARE MORE PROMINENT AND IN MAJORITY OF THE CASES, THESE IRREGULARITIES OR DEVIATIONS OR VIOLATIONS CANNOT BE REGULARIZED BY THE LAW.
