ADDITIONAL VALUES TO BE ADDED TO GUIDLINE VALUES OR MARKET VALUE OR CIRCLE RATES OF PROPERTIES IN BANGALORE RURAL AND URBAN DISTRICTS



 THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES/FACILITIES WILL INCREASE THE GUIDELINE VALUES:
4. Calculation of valuation in respect of special amenities provided in respect of Apartments/Villas/ Villaments/Tenements/Cluster Houses or Row Houses Etc.,

1. For any 5 groups of special amenities No additional increase.
2. For each group of special amenities in additional to 5 groups.
Additional increase of value of 1% on value of Super built area and additional higher floor area for each group of amenities. (Excluding car parking value)
Explanation: for 6 group of amenities 1%, for 7 group of amenities 2%, for 8 group of amenities 3%, for 9 group of amenities 4%, for 10 group of amenities 5%, for 11 group of amenities 6%, for 12 group of amenities 7%, for 13 group of amenities 8%, for 14 group of amenities 9%, and for 15 group of amenities 10% of value of Super built area and additional higher floor area.
3. More than 15 group of amenities Additional increase of maximum 10% on value of Super built area and additional higher floor area.

THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES WILL INCREASE THE GUIDELINE VALUES:
