FORM NO.9 AND FORM NO.11 AND THE COMPUTER GENERATED AND AUTHENTICATED NEW DOC FOR REGISTRATION IN KARNATAKA

The RDPR Department of Karnataka has issued a circular recently to obtain the COMPUTER GENERATED FORM NO.9 OR KATHA TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION IN THE OFFICE OF THE SUB – REGISTRAR from the concerned VP Offices. Earlier Form No.9 and Form No.11 were to be submitted at the time of registration. Form-9 is document issued by Grama Panchayat for non-agricultural properties in its jurisdiction as per Karnataka Panchayat Raj,contains the assessment list of building and lands liable to taxation.

Form-11 is document issued by Grama Panchayat for non-agricultural properties in its jurisdiction as per Karnataka Panchayat  and Form-11 register is also called as Register of Demand, Collection and Balance of land and building.

The Government of Karnataka has made submission of these documents MANDATORY at the time of registration of properties in karantaka on 30-06-2009 and the recent circular has made these documents a DUD.
